Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee you a truly peaceful experience.

At Spa Montagne, we focus on private-use spaces: when you book the spa or sauna, you won’t be sharing the area with other guests. For massages and “Signature” treatments, we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead.

Just bring your swimwear (swim briefs or trunks for men) and a towel.

For your comfort, the spa can also provide towel and linen rental if needed.

A practical tip: if you’re coming straight from Gourette, Formigal or Artouste after skiing, you’ll find everything you need on site to change and store your mountain gear comfortably.

Spa Montagne is a truly family-friendly wellness retreat. Special treatments such as “Maman et Moi” or “Maman et Bébé” are available (from age 8).
