Édénéo FAQs

We’re here to help !

Access to the pools does not require advance booking, but it is strongly recommended during school holidays and weekends.

For massages and treatments, we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability of therapists and your preferred time slot facing the slopes.

As in all thermal spas, proper swimwear is required (swim briefs or fitted swim shorts for men).

Don’t forget to bring a towel.

Édénéo is a family-friendly spa. Children are welcome from 6 months old (always accompanied by an adult).

It’s the perfect place for little ones to discover warm water after sledging or ski lessons. For everyone’s comfort, the hammam and sauna are reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Of course. Édénéo is located in the heart of the Piau-Engaly resort. If you’re accompanying skiers but prefer to stay warm indoors, it’s the perfect spot: enjoy panoramic views of the Piau cirque while relaxing in 33°C water.

Our standard passes are typically 2 hours long.

It’s the ideal amount of time to enjoy bubble beds, massage jets and whirlpools while taking in the scenery.

The spa is located at the foot of the slopes, next to the Maison de Piau.

It’s easily accessible on foot from most accommodation in the resort.

If you’re coming from the valley for the day, you can park in the main resort car parks.

Édénéo reviews

A little slice of paradise

Massage jets, waterfalls and water jets operate in rotation and usually run for around 10 minutes at a time. The whirlpool was running continuously. The musical cave is a nice feature, and the sound is stronger on the right-hand side near the step. The changing rooms were clean. And if you have a ski pass, you get a discount.

We visited during the off-season and really enjoyed this relaxing break. The spa itself isn’t very large, but it’s more than enough for a lovely two-hour unwind. The water temperature was perfect, the showers were nice and warm, and the changing rooms were spotless.

Sylvie

We went on a Sunday in January from 2 pm to 4 pm, and the number of visitors was ideal for the size of the place. I went with my one-year-old son and was able to buy swimwear for both of us on site. We had a lovely time with beautiful mountain views. I’d also like to mention how friendly both the reception staff and the lifeguard were.

Summer stay in July. A really enjoyable experience as the resort was almost empty, so the spa area was wonderfully quiet. The hammam was pleasantly hot with just the right amount of essential oils (though there’s never enough anyway 😅). I went in three times and had it to myself every time. The sauna is quite unique: 80°C, barrel-shaped, low ceiling, space for 4 or 5 people (maximum 6), and accessed from outside. Very invigorating. The pool is L-shaped and 1.5 m deep, except in the musical cave area. As for the alternating massage jets, that’s fairly common. The different nozzles operate in sequence, sometimes for technical reasons. The many temperature-adjustable showers and heated benches were also a real plus.

Guillaume

Even though we visited during the low season and the pool area was quiet, we had a very relaxing time with stunning mountain views. Friendly staff and water at just the right temperature. We’ll definitely come back.
