Accommodation, ski passes, equipment rental, ski lessons, and more—we allow you to book various services all in one website. No more visiting multiple websites or calling different providers; you book directly on our site. Our goal is to simplify your booking process and, above all, save you time. Easily find the services you need and choose what you're looking for.

We offer a selection of professionals with whom you can book directly online. Bookings can be made either as a firm reservation, with online payment, or as a pre-booking (with full payment made directly to the provider). Book your stay in the Pyrenees.

Accommodation (apartment, hotel, bed and breakfast, gîte, campsite, residence, holiday centre), equipment rental, ski lessons, ski passes, tourist sites, spa treatments, non-skiing activities, transport...

When you book a ski pass, accommodation, ski lessons, sports equipment, or other activities offered by the resorts on the N’PY website, N’PY offers you cancellation insurance before your stay. The coverage provided by this insurance includes:

- Temporary or permanent disability of: the Insured, their spouse, common-law partner, or civil union partner, their ascendants or descendants (first degree), and their siblings. If the Insured cannot establish the reality of this disability or if the information provided does not prove the facts, Mutuaide Assistance may refuse their claim.

- The death of: the Insured, their spouse, common-law partner, or civil union partner, their first-degree ascendants or descendants, and their siblings.

- Serious material damage to their primary residence resulting from a burglary with forced entry, a fire, water damage, or a climatic, meteorological, or natural event, excluding natural disasters.

- Insufficient or excessive snow cover, when it occurs in resorts located above 1,500 meters in altitude, between the third Saturday of December and the second Saturday of April, and results in the closure of more than two-thirds of the ski lifts in operation at your accommodation for at least two consecutive days within the five (5) days preceding the Insured's departure.

- Inability to access the resorts for a period exceeding 24 consecutive hours, following a weather event certified by the Mayor of the municipality where the resort is located, preventing the Insured from reaching their accommodation by any means whatsoever (road, train, plane).

- The cancellation or modification, by the Insured's employer, of the dates of paid leave granted prior to registration for the Trip. This coverage is provided to salaried employees, excluding those for whom approval from a supervisor is not required to request, modify, and/or cancel their leave (e.g., senior executives, managers, and legal representatives of companies). This coverage does not apply when the policyholder of this contract is the company modifying the leave.

- The exceptional closure, from the first day, of the railway lines used by the Rhune Train. This coverage is provided ONLY in the event of track closures due to severe storms, high winds exceeding 100 km/h, snow on the tracks, electrical problems, or urgent and unforeseen maintenance operations.

Within five days of becoming aware of the incident, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. After this period, if the insurer suffers a loss due to the late notification, you will forfeit all rights to compensation. (Attach to your claim any document and information that justifies the reason for your cancellation and helps assess the amount of your compensation.)

You can book your Lac de Gaube Pass online. Once you have booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached. Simply download this ticket to your phone or print it. On the day of your visit, at the ticket office, your ticket will be scanned and you will gain access to the site.

Cauterets - Cirque du Lys

You can book your Crêtes du Lys Pass or your BikePark Mountain Bike Pass online. Once you have booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached. Simply download this ticket to your phone or print it. On the day of your visit, at the ticket office, your ticket will be scanned and you will gain access to the site.

Pic du Midi

You can book your Pic du Midi Pass online. Once you have booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached. All you have to do is download this ticket to your phone or print it out. On the day of your visit, at the ticket office, your ticket will be scanned and you will gain access to the site.

Other services we offer, such as ski passes, equipment rental, and ski lessons, can be booked from September onwards to complete your stay and ensure you're ready for your arrival at the resort.

Tourist tax is extra for all accommodation bookings unless it is already included in the price of the service.
