FAQ - Classic Ski Passes

Valid at all 8 N'Py resorts, the Rechargeable Card is a magnetic card. No more queuing at the ticket offices or taking out your pass at every lift! It's free if you order it online (€1 at the Luz and Piau resorts at the ticket offices). You can then load it with passes (1 to 7 days), as well as beginner or season passes, on the website www.n-py.com.

By purchasing or topping up your pass online, you benefit from the following advantages: You no longer have to queue at the ticket offices to buy your pass, so you save time skiing - You no longer have to take out your pass every time you pass through the ski lifts, like at a motorway tollbooth.

Whether you're skiing for the day, a short break, a longer stay, the whole season, alone or with your family… it all depends on how you want to ski! There are 3 types of ski passes: the Rechargeable Card, the Flex Card, and the No Souci Pyrénées Card.

Three passes for three different ways to ski: choose the one that suits you best. The Rechargeable Card, Flex Card, and No Souci Pyrénées Card can be purchased at the resort, by phone, or online. It's best to order them online, as you'll benefit from discounts and additional perks.

The Rechargeable Card, Flex Card, and No Souci Pyrénées Card are valid in the 8 N’PY ski resorts: Peyragudes, Piau, Pic du Midi, Grand Tourmalet, Luz-Ardiden, Cauterets, Gourette, and La Pierre Saint-Martin.

The Rechargeable Card is also valid at the tourist sites (Pic du Midi and Pont d’Espagne).

The No Souci Pyrénées Card is also valid at the tourist sites (Pic du Midi and Pont d’Espagne) and the 6 new resorts: Ax 3 Domaines, Mont d'Olmes, Guzet, Cambre d'Aze, Porté Puymorens, and Formiguères.

Recharging your rechargeable card takes a maximum of 15 minutes.

The coverage provided by the insurance purchased online includes:

- Search and rescue costs on and off-piste (sled, helicopter, ambulance, etc.),

- Reimbursement of your unused ski lift pass and ski lessons (in case of accident, serious illness, or early return home),

- Reimbursement of your ski pass in case of severe weather requiring the closure of the ski lifts,

- Reimbursement of your family's insured ski passes (in case of medical repatriation of an insured family member),

- Supplemental coverage of medical expenses incurred at the resort following a skiing accident and the repatriation of your insured family members.

For any purchase or top-up of a ski pass online (6 or 7 consecutive days or more), N'PY offers you cancellation, bad weather, and lack of snow insurance. This insurance covers all risks related to purchasing your pass 6 or 7 days in advance. If you become ill, your employer changes your vacation days, you are unable to access the resort, or it is closed due to lack of snow, don't panic! This insurance is included with any online purchase of a 6 or 7-day pass. See terms and conditions.

The Pic du Midi is not included in the 6 or 7-day Grand Tourmalet packages. If you wish to visit the Pic du Midi during your stay, you can purchase a round-trip ticket to access the site by clicking on this link.

Please allow 7 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Shipping is completely free. If you cannot wait 7 days, you can pick up your Rechargeable Card at the station (this option will be offered during the ordering process) and collect it directly from the station's Information Point on the same day.

Regardless of the circumstances of the event, the insured must complete and return the claim form within 5 days of its occurrence. Report the accident to the insurance company.

In case of theft or loss of your Rechargeable Card, go directly to the station ticket office with your order summary or an identity document, and they will issue you a new card to prevent any fraudulent use.

Yes, children up to and including 17 years old benefit from a preferential rate called the "youth" rate when you top up your Rechargeable Card.

Yes, seniors aged 75 and over benefit from a preferential rate called the "senior rate" when you purchase tickets directly at the ticket offices of the resorts.

One small detail: Only the Pic du Midi and the Pont d'Espagne, as tourist attractions, apply the adult rate for those over 75.

The 4-hour / half-day pass is sold on our website n-py.com or at the ticket office.
