The Flex Card works like a highway toll card. It’s a smart card that lets you ski without waiting in line at the ticket office, so you get more time on the slopes! Once you have your card, you just arrive and start skiing. The days you ski will be charged to your bank account the following month.
With the Flex Card, you also enjoy many benefits and exclusive discounts for cardholders:

Ordering your Flex Card is easy: you can buy it online or directly at N’PY ski resort ticket offices.
No, piste rescue insurance is optional and costs €3.50 per day, per person. You decide when ordering your Flex Card whether you want to add this insurance. If you choose this option, €3.50 per day, per person will be charged in addition to the price of each ski day.
The insurance covers the following:
- Costs for on- and off-piste search and rescue (sled, helicopter, ambulance, etc.)
- Reimbursement of unused lift passes and ski lessons (in case of accident, serious illness, or early return home)
- Reimbursement of lift passes if bad weather causes lifts to close
- Reimbursement of insured family members’ passes (in case of medical repatriation of an insured family member)
- Additional medical expenses incurred at the resort due to a ski accident, including repatriation, for you and your insured family members

A processing time of 7 business days (10 for deliveries outside France) is required to receive your order at the delivery address provided, so please plan your purchase accordingly. Shipping costs are €3 per order. If you can’t wait 7 days, you can pick up your Flex Card for free at the resort’s Information Point on the same day.
The Flex Card is valid from the first to the last day the resort is open during the current ski season. However, don’t throw it away at the end of the season: to avoid having to place a new order every year, N’PY has set up a reactivation system that allows you to reactivate your Flex Card directly from your personal account.

Simply click on “Password forgotten” to receive a new one by email. If you don’t receive it, it may be because the email address registered in your account is no longer active or the email is in your spam folder. In that case, please contact us via the contact form. We will update your information and send you your new login credentials.
Did you have a Flex Card last season? To reactivate it, you can log in to your personal account.
A Flex Card can only be activated at least 4 hours after it is purchased at the resort. A Flex Card number consists of 14 letters and digits.
Go to the Flex Card webpage and click on “Activate my card.” Enter the internet number shown on your Flex Card, then confirm. Next, follow the validation/finalization process by entering your personal details (address, email, and payment information). Once your card is successfully activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your card will be ready to use for the entire ski season. You’ll also enjoy a range of benefits.
The ski usage tracker is reserved for Flex Card holders. This service is not available for Rechargeable Card users. It lets you see, in real time, how many ski days you have used.
Payments are made monthly for consumption between the 26th of the previous month and the 25th of the current month.

If your Flex Card is lost or stolen, please contact us directly using the contact form. We will send you a new card and block the old one to prevent fraudulent use. Please note that the first card will be free, but subsequent cards will be charged at the standard rate.
Is your ski pass not working? Go to the resort’s information desk with your faulty card, and a new one will be issued to you free of charge.
