ASSUR' GREEN
The “ASSUR’ GREEN” insurance is designed to cover the insured in the event of medical repatriation following an accident during the practice of their activity, or death occurring during a stay at a resort, as well as to reimburse the insured for expenses arising from a covered event occurring during the duration of their stay at the resort.
The “ASSUR’ GREEN” insurance also reimburses the insured for healthcare costs not covered by the basic public health insurance and complementary health insurance, as well as unused lift days, sports, and leisure bookings.

ADDITIONAL REIMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL EXPENSES following an accident during the practice of the insured activity, in the “day” and “2 days or more” plans
Up to €3,000 per person (for non-residents in France) and €1,500 for nationals or residents (per person / €30 excess)
REIMBURSEMENT OF MOUNTAIN SEARCH COSTS, RESCUE EXPENSES, AND INITIAL MEDICAL TRANSPORTS, in the “day” and “2 days or more” plans
Capped at €15,245 if the accident occurs in a neighboring country. Covered from the first euro if the accident occurs in France
REIMBURSEMENT OF SPORTS AND LEISURE BOOKINGS, SKI LIFT PASSES (EXCLUDING LOSS OF LIFT PASS) in the “day” plan

Natural disasters
Consequences of pre-existing illnesses or injuries, diagnosed and/or treated,
as well as elective surgical procedures requiring continuous, day, or outpatient hospitalization within the six (6) months preceding the assistance request
Failure by the insured to comply with official prohibitions
and failure by the insured to comply with official safety rules related to the practice of a sporting activity
Damage occurring prior to the subscription of this insurance policy
Damage of any kind, decided, caused, or provoked by the insured or with their complicity,
or resulting from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or fraud by the insured (Article L113-1, paragraph 2 of the French Insurance Code), except in cases of self-defense or assistance to a person in danger
Natural disasters
Criminal convictions affecting the insured
Suicide or attempted suicide of the insured
Damage resulting from the insured’s consumption of alcohol
and/or use of medication, drugs, or substances listed in the Public Health Code and not medically prescribed
Pregnant women must consult a doctor before planning a stay at a resort and obtain a medical examination no more than 48 hours before departure
Minors must carry valid identification documents
The guarantees apply in metropolitan France and in neighbouring countries provided that they are directly accessible by ski lifts located in metropolitan France, with the exception of countries listed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as being in a state of civil or foreign war, of notorious political instability, suffering reprisals, restrictions on the free movement of persons and goods for whatever reason, including health, security, meteorological, countries suffering acts of terrorism, having suffered natural disasters or nuclear disintegration as well as countries suffering any other case of force majeure.
Upon signing the contract
The Insured is required to pay the premium.
In the event of a claim
The Insured must, under penalty of forfeiture of coverage, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure:
Report the claim within fifteen (15) business days of becoming aware of it to the Insurer and provide the Insurer with all documents and supporting evidence necessary for the implementation of the coverage.
The contribution is payable immediately upon subscription of the contract when purchasing the N’PY PLACE DE MARCHE share.
Coverage begins
Cancellation insurance takes effect from the date of purchase of the N’PY PLACE DE MARCHE card and upon its first use.
Coverage ends
Cancellation insurance automatically expires at the end of the card's validity period.
You can report a claim

You can terminate the contract.
Cancellation: The insured may cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract (Articles L112-19 and L112-10 of the French Insurance Code).
It should be noted that the insured may no longer exercise their right of cancellation if the contract has been fully performed or if they have reported a covered claim to the insurer during this period.
